|The Tax Assessor’s Office investigates and values real and personal property subject to taxation in Gwinnett County. Our goal is to apply the property tax code fairly and to reflect goodwill, temperance, and fairness in carrying out our duties. We pledge to supoort, encourage and cooperate with the County Governing Authority, the Board of Equalization and the Tax Commissioner’s office.|
The Tax Assessor’s Office consists of four sections and can be contacted by phone or email. We are here to assist you Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our office is located in the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Building, 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville.

The Tax Assessor’s Office offers Gwinnett County property owners the Filing Made Easy webpage, a step-by-step online tool to help residents view their annual property assessment and complete appeals to dispute their assessed value.
